外媒：中机集团将在柬埔寨建首个炼油厂
中国石化新闻网讯 据科威特通讯社（KUNA）12月29日金边报道，柬埔寨石化公司和中国机械工业集团公司（中机集团/Sinomach）麾下的中国浦发机械工业股份有限公司28日在金边共同宣布了一项有关在柬埔寨建造第一个炼油厂的计划，这个炼油厂预计将在2015年年底完成建造。
中国媒体援引中机集团总裁章苏冈的话报道说，这个炼油厂将耗资23亿美元，这个占地80公顷的炼油厂将用3年时间建成投产。
章苏冈在柬埔寨首都金边举行的协议签字仪式以后对媒体记者说，当炼油厂建成时，这个炼油厂将具有年加工500万吨（10万桶/日）原油能力。
在签字仪式上，柬埔寨政府把建造炼油厂的许可证授予了柬埔寨石化公司。

China unveils 1st oil refinery project in Cambodia

Dec 29 (KUNA) -- Cambodian Petrochemical Company and Sinomach China Perfect Machinery Industry Corp. jointly announced on Friday a plan to build the first oil refinery in Cambodia and the construction is expected to be completed at the end of 2015.
Sinomach President Zhang Sugang said the oil refinery will cost USD 2.3 billion and it will take 36 months to be constructed on the 80-hectare area, according to the report. "When the construction is completed, the plant will be capable to produce 5 million tons of oil a year (100,000 barrels per day (bpd))," Zhang was quoted as saying after a signing ceremony in the Cambodian capital.
During a signing ceremony, the Cambodian government granted an oil refinery license to Cambodian Petrochemical to build the factory.
