　　日前，阿联酋Majid Al Futtaim Properties集团宣布，该集团将在埃及投资8亿美元建造Mall of Egypt。其中，土建EPC价值4亿美元，已授标给由Orascom Construction (OC) and the Besix Group两家公司组成的联合体，最快将于今年底破土动工。

　　数据显示，Majid Al Futtaim Properties分别与2002年和2003年在建造了Maadi City Centre和Alexandria City Centre两家购物中心，总投资4.1亿美元，创造就业机会3500个。
