Interviewer 1 (Research Analyst)

Q: Why are you interested in Investment Management

A: Judgement. Research and Investment offer opportunities to use judgement

Q: Give me three most important factors in stock pickings.

A: Operating cash flow; Return on Common Equity; and Operating Margin.

Q: Suppose you are analysing Merchant Marine industry. Which is the single most
important factor, or event, that can change the industry?

A: Governmental activities in Emerging Market Countries.

Q: You have been to NYC, right? Tell me how many public phones are there in NYC,
and why?

A: (This is an open question and everyone can have his own methodology.)

Interviewer 2 (Human Resources Manager)

Q: Tell me about your experience in NYC.

A: Index and ETF builidng, and Absolute Return Strategies Analysis.

Q: Why are you interested in Investment Management

A: Judgement. Research and Investment offer opportunities to use judgement

Q: Give me a person whom you believe is difficult to deal with.

A: It must be my mentor in NYC, but he is really hard-working.

Q: You can give me a question about us.

A: You have Research Analyst rotation programs between different sector groups. Is it an advantage or disadvantage?
